Method of knife coating: Base plane cleaning → Base plane amendment → Base plane moisturizing → Layer addition → Node treatment → Primer coating → Surface coating

The application of all PS products must be subject to the instructions of the manufacturer’s representative or experienced technicians. Or, follow the Manufacturer’s Construction Manual for construction.
The construction of PS can not be done in rainy days or at the temperature of 5℃ below.
When the ambient temperature exceeds 20℃, the maintenance must last for 48 hours.。
24-72 hours after concrete pouring is the best time period of construction; for the newly-poured concrete is still moist, only a little water is to be sprayed on the base plane as required. In the sunshine time at high temperature in summer, it is suggested to construct in the morning, in the evening or at night to prevent the coating from drying too fast, which will lead to surface wrinkle and cracking and impact the penetration.
